CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
At EB, we require 24-hour advance notice for canceling or rescheduling all appointments. This allows us to open up appointments for other clients and utilize our time as wisely as possible while we are scheduled to be working. If you are unable to meet this requirement, we have the right to refuse future service. Excessively missed or cancelled appointments will fall under this guidelines. We appreciate your understanding.
We do our best to keep appointments at their scheduled time, but hair and schedules can sometimes be unpredictable! Because everyone’s time is valuable, we always try to notify clients if we are running late, and ask that clients do the same. Excessively late arrivals may result in a rescheduled appointment or an adjustment to scheduled services.
RETAIL RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases made at EB Salon, please contact us within 30 days and we will be glad to offer you an exchange or store credit which can be used for future retail purchases. Due to health regulations, we are not able to offer refunds for the following items: hairbrushes, flat irons, blow dryers, make-up or hair extensions. All gift certificates sold are not redeemable for cash and non-refundable.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with services received at EB Salon, please contact us within 7 days of your service date. We will be happy to address any concern that you may have. Client gowns are provided for the safety of your wardrobe.
Please be advised we do not offer refunds for services provided.
Please be advised we do not offer services to children under the age of 12. As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you refrain from bringing small children.
DEPOSITS & HANDLING FEES
Please be advised that a credit card on file is required for all appointments. With limited availability due to occupancy restrictions, your card will be charged 100% of the service fee if an appointment is cancelled with less then 4 hours notice. If you are not feeling well, we ask you reschedule your appointment with proper notice.
Due to the cost of product, non-refundable deposits of 50% may be required on large service items such as hair extensions & Cezanne Smoothing Treatments.
We currently accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks (with ID) and Cash. At this time, we cannot allow tips to be placed on credit cards. All returned checks will be charged a $40 return fee.
